These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Coysan. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our website and services.

1. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All content, layout designs, trademarks, text, graphics, logos, images, and code on the Coysan website are the exclusive property of Coysan, our partnering independent designers, or our licensors.

• Brand Ownership: Coysan is a protected trademark. You may not use our brand assets, logos, or product images without our prior written consent.
• Designer Rights: Creative designs, illustrations, and collection portfolios uploaded by independent designers are protected under global copyright laws.
• Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access our platform solely for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

2. Product Representation & Accuracy

We make every reasonable effort to display our curated collections and designer items with the highest possible visual accuracy.

• Color & Texture: Because digital displays render colors and textures differently, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any product detail will perfectly match the physical item.
• Descriptions & Pricing: Coysan reserves the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
• Stock Availability: All designer items are subject to limited availability. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

By completing a checkout on Coysan, you agree to pay the stated price for the selected designer item(s) and any applicable shipping fees.

• Payment Processing: All checkout transactions are securely processed via Paystack. We do not store or have access to your full credit/debit card numbers or bank credentials.
• Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept only when your payment is cleared and a tracking number is generated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
• Price Updates: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in force at the time your order is placed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Coysan delivers to designated regions. Delivery times and shipping fees vary based on the destination and delivery option chosen.

• Delivery Timelines: Estimated shipping dates are guidelines only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Coysan is not responsible for courier delays beyond our reasonable control.
• Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss and title for the items pass to you upon delivery of the package by our courier services to your specified shipping address.
• Failed Deliveries: If a delivery fails repeatedly due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or refusal to receive the package, return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Our comprehensive cancellations and paperless returns process is designed to minimize waste and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Cancellations: Order cancellations are accepted before shipment preparation. Once a package is prepared or dispatched, standard return guidelines apply.
• Returns Period: All eligible items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn, and unsoiled condition with all brand tags and accessories intact.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds undergo inspection (up to 6 business days) and are issued back to the original Paystack payment method. Cash or alternate account payouts are strictly prohibited for AML security.

6. Account Registration & User Conduct

When you create an account on Coysan, you agree to maintain the security of your password and accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

• Prohibited Actions: You may not upload malicious code, scrape the website, submit false information, or attempt to bypass security layers.
• Suspected Fraud: Coysan actively monitors purchase patterns. Systemic abuse of return policies, payment chargebacks, or suspected friendly fraud will result in immediate account termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coysan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our maximum liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with a purchase is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Coysan operates.

Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts, following reasonable attempts to resolve any differences amicably through customer support.
